Jon and his dad have helped me move home several times over the years and they've never let me down. Always polite, on-time and hard working!

Hello, if there were 10 Stars available, I would rate 10! Excellent, friendly service, I was kept informed of when Jonathan's were on their way. I had a delivery of Bathroom Cabinet, very heavy and I wrongly presumed Courier would take upstairs, so I got Jonathan's to do for me. It is lovely that you can still get good old fashionend, friendly service with a smile.
Highly recommend.
Thanks again.

Johnathon and Jeff moved my sister into her new flat today 15th Oct 2026, what an excellent job they both did, both very calm and professional and carefully moved each item. They even did extra jobs for her, which we were most grateful for. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone, nothing was a problem from start to finish. Thanks to you both.

Fantastic service from Jonathan Light Haulage. They helped us with our house move and made the whole process so easy and stress-free on moving day.

Such a lovely family-run company, friendly, reliable and incredibly hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Would highly recommend Jonathan Light Haulage to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals service. Thank you again.

Recently used Jonathan’s to move all my furniture from Darlington to Newcastle to a new flat and was delighted with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Initially got back to me very quickly via email with a competitive quote for the move. On the day itself they got all my furniture moved swiftly and carefully. The experience of moving can be stressful, but Jonathan’s made my furniture move a breeze. Thanks guys!

I can't recommend this company enough, I found them on a web Search. Jonathan and Jeff came on time, delivered with care, and nothing was too much trouble.
I had a lot of difficult, bulky items to move— display cabinets, multiple bookcases, besides other furniture. Also garden furniture and 13 heavy container pots. They worked nonstop and were very efficient. Very fair pricing for such a grueling job. Brilliant hard-working team!
A great move 5 stars

Fantastic service. Used on a couple of occasions for small jobs and recently for a larger job to move furniture into storage for a house move. Friendly, great communication, arrived on time, respectful of property during the move. Would highly recommend.

At last minute we had to find another removal firm. A quick call to Johnathan who came round within the hour and we were sorted. On moving day they turned up on time and got stuck in. Kept them happy with drinks and biscuits. Due to a long wait for completion from solicitors it turned out to be a long day for everyone but we are in now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and have passed their details already. Thanks again guys.

Jonathan and his Dad helped us move all my very large patio pots and houseplants, as well as garden furniture. (Newcastle to Yarm). Easy and quick communication, and fair and transparent pricing. Arrived on time and were polite, neat, efficient and tidy. Thanks again Jonathan, what a relief to have that all done.
